This past week I haven't been updating because I was in the Canadian wilderness. I went camping and hiking with my mom and sister to the Bruce Peninsula. There will be more photos of the awesomeness...but for now, I will show you what I did most of the time.
I took photos of the gorgeous natural beauty.I took photos of the people I was with posing on the cliffs.I took photos of frogs on the beach.I even took photos while we were relaxing at the campsite.

Does this surprise anyone?

tuesday morning

[Tuesday] morning rain is falling
Steal some covers share some skin
Clouds are shrouding us in moments unforgettable
You twist to fit the mold that I am in
I love rainy mornings. It felt especially good to wake up today, stretch, and listen to the rain falling for a while. Then I got up and made some coffee, and sat by the window just enjoying the day. The only thing I love more is an afternoon thunderstorm...sitting on the porch...and letting nature's fury surround me. I got motivated yesterday and straightened the house up a lot. I cleaned things that don't regularly get cleaned. Then my friend came over and we rearranged the living room a little bit, and decorated it with some of the things I had gotten from my Southern Living at Home party that I had back in our old apartment. It is looking nice. I have my eye on some really cool photographs by Steven N. Meyers I just think the sizes available are a little too big.

The kitties crack me up. The kitten loves his "big brother", but Cato still lets him know he needs his own space. They don't cuddle with each other, but they are usually lounging close. Like one on a kitchen chair, and the other underneath it. Right now, Cato is napping on top of a half wall in our entryway, and the kitten (who I've been calling "Squeakers") is giving himself a bath on one of the built in shelves below.

That pic is beautiful! The only thing I love more than a thunderstorm is a snowstorm, as long as I don't need to go anywhere!

I love thunderstorms too! Unfortunately we only got a little rain and hardly any storms!!

haha, yes, come party! I don't know exactly where we're gonna be, but it's one of those "hills" suburbs...I think. I'm not good with that kind of stuff. HOpefully they don't want me to drive! I'd get lost for sure.
