It consists of bread, Wagyu beef, foie gras, truffle mayo, brie de meaux, red pepper, lettuce, mustard confit, and plum tomatoes. Some of that sounds good...but definately not worth blowing $140 on! That's worth several sushi meals.

Also...I just found the perfect complement for this lunch. Although, you will have to attend the Kentucky Derby on May 6th for it. It is the "ultimate" mint julep, costing $1000 USD. It will be served in a 24kt gold plated cup and sipped through a silver straw. Made with one of the state's finest bourbons, the drink features mint from Morocco, ice from the Artic Circle, and sugar from the South Pacific. That partially explains the price...also, Churhill Downs will funnel money from the sales of the drinks to the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation which provides homes for former race horses.
